Finally an answer to "Where is your favourite place?"

Whenever I talk to people about travelling, the question always comes up: "Of all the places you've been to, where is your favourite?"

i usually pause and reply "I don't know how to answer that" because there are so many places I love, for very different reasons. So to finally answer this question, I have broken this down into my top 5 favourite by category:
